Platform Choice Made on Evidence, Not Habit
Native, cross-platform or web is an architecture decision with cost consequences for years. We make the case either way and tell you plainly when cross-platform is the wrong answer.
Native iOS built with Swift and SwiftUI — designed for the platform rather than ported to it, and taken through App Store review with the guidelines planned for in advance.

“AptenTech brought clarity to the entire development process. The team understood what we wanted, communicated consistently, and delivered a product that was both polished and practical to use.”
“The team was responsive whenever priorities changed and always explained the available options clearly. We appreciated their attention to detail and the smooth experience from development through launch.”
“AptenTech worked closely with our team instead of simply following a specification. Their suggestions helped improve several parts of the platform, and the final delivery matched our business requirements well.”

Business goals, users, existing systems and constraints. We define the MVP boundary, name what is deliberately out of scope, and agree how success will be measured.
Native, cross-platform or web is an architecture decision with cost consequences for years. We make the case either way and tell you plainly when cross-platform is the wrong answer.
Threat modelling, key management and secure storage are part of architecture. Retrofitting after a failed enterprise security review is the most expensive rework in mobile.
A real device matrix including mid-range Android and older iOS versions, not two flagship phones. That is where crash rates and one-star reviews actually come from.
ERP, CRM and legacy connectivity is where mobile projects overrun. We scope it during architecture rather than discovering it in the last sprint.
Code, infrastructure, design files and documentation are yours from day one, with a handover that leaves your team self-sufficient.
Strategy, design and engineering in one place — no gap between vendors where responsibility quietly disappears.
It depends on scope far more than on platform. A single-platform app with a handful of screens and one integration sits at the lower end; an enterprise app with biometric auth, offline sync, ERP integration and a compliance audit sits considerably higher. We break every estimate down by workstream so you can see what each part costs and defer what is not needed for launch.
A focused single-platform MVP typically runs three to five months. Apps with payments, real-time features and system integrations usually run six to nine months. Multi-region, heavily regulated or AI-heavy products run longer. We give a range with the assumptions written down rather than a single optimistic number.
Cross-platform is usually right when the app is UI and API-driven and shared logic outweighs platform depth. Native is usually right when you need heavy device integration, demanding graphics, or platform-specific capabilities on day one. We recommend based on your feature set and roadmap, and we will tell you when cross-platform would cost you more over three years than it saves in year one.
Yes — native for each, or one cross-platform codebase, depending on what the product needs. We also handle store submission, staged rollouts and enterprise distribution through MDM for internal apps.
Threat modelling before code, then certificate pinning, hardware-backed key storage, biometric auth with secure fallbacks and encrypted offline storage. Regulatory requirements translate to specific technical controls — HIPAA means audit trails and encryption, PCI DSS means keeping card data off your servers entirely. We scope those in architecture, not after a failed review.
Yes. ERP, CRM, EHR, identity providers, payment platforms and legacy environments are connected through an API-first integration layer. Integration is usually where mobile projects overrun, so we map it during architecture rather than discovering the problems late.
